The itinerary of the pura vida group tour!
We start our adventure on the way to magical La Fortuna. There we hike past magical waterfalls, see the arenal volcano and relax in natural hot springs. Then we head to beautiful Uvita, where jungle meets ocean and where we get to enjoy ecstatic dance, a kind of mini-festival at a spiritual community.
Then travel off the beaten path to Drake Bay, one of the most pristine pieces of Costa Rica. Consider optional snorkeling at Isla del Caño or an optional wildlife tour in Corcovado. We wake up to the sound of monkeys and macaws.
Finally, we conclude in cozy Manuel Antonio: white beaches, optional sloth spotting in the national park, kayaking or just a day at the beach and enjoying the most beautiful sunsets you've ever seen!
Accommodations
During our pura vida group tour, we sleep in comfort, often typical Costa Rican accommodations. If you travel alone, you will automatically share a room with one person of the same sex. Would you still prefer to sleep alone in a room? That is sometimes possible for an additional fee. Ask Elise about the possibilities.

We sleep the first night in this charming, typical Costa Rican accommodation with tropical garden and pool. Located close to the airport - perfect as the start or end of your trip! Here you will start your day with fresh fruit and birdsong.
The best bird watching location in La Fortuna
We spend three nights at this typical Costa Rican accommodation, centrally located near La Fortuna. The nice thing is that with breakfast you have a view of the volcano and can often spot toucans and more poultry!
Jungle luxury overlooking the sea in Uvita
We spend one night at this magical place in the middle of the jungle where luxury meets nature. You'll sleep in stylish eco-lodges, wake up to the sound of howler monkeys and enjoy panoramic ocean views.
Adventurous & rustic in Drake Bay
We spend three nights at this cozy lodge within walking distance of the beach and jungle. Perfect base for boat trips to Corcovado or snorkeling at Caño Island. You wake up here to the sounds of nature and a lovely pool.
Simple but nice in Manuel Antonio
We spend two nights at this simple but centrally located hotel just steps from the national park and beach. Top location for taking a dip or enjoying the nice restaurants in the area!
